Welcome to SinSocials. We are a tightly-knit, community-focused group dedicated to safety, mutual respect, and shared values. Our membership process is rigorous to ensure our environment remains secure and supportive for all current members. We review all applications thoroughly. To ensure a good fit, our team will vote on each applicant individually. Not all applicants will be approved. If your application is accepted, it is truly an honor, and we welcome you to our community.

Each person need to fill out the application individually, couples can link accounts once vetted for easier purchases. The QR code on the account page will be used for all check ins.

Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement 1. Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Risk "In consideration for being permitted to join SinSocials and participate in its events and educational programs, I voluntarily agree to the following: I understand that SInSocials events involve adult-oriented, sexually explicit activities and education, which may include acts of bondage, discipline, power exchange, and other forms of physical and psychological intensity. I am aware that these activities involve inherent and significant risks, including but not limited to: physical or mental injury, emotional distress, illness, property damage, or death. I expressly and voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, associated with my attendance and participation." 2. Release and Waiver of Liability "I release and discharge SInSocials, its owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents (collectively, the 'Releasees') from liability for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death resulting from the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, as permitted by Oklahoma law. This release binds my family, heirs, and representatives." 3. Indemnification "I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from costs (including attorney fees) due to my participation in club activities." 4. Acknowledgment of Personal Responsibility "I am solely responsible for my safety and exercising care. I confirm I am physically and mentally fit to participate and signed this voluntarily." 5. Severability and Jurisdiction "If any part of this agreement is invalid, the rest remains in effect. Oklahoma law governs this agreement, and legal action will be in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.”*

Membership Agreement and Code of Conduct 1. Private Status and Eligibility Exclusivity Acknowledgment: I acknowledge that SinSocials is a private, members-only social and educational club. It is not a place of public accommodation and does not offer goods or services to the general public. Vetting and Identification: I certify that I am at least 21 years of age, I consent to the club’s vetting process, which may include identity verification and social screening to ensure the safety of the community. No Public Observation: I understand that all club activities are conducted in private spaces not visible to the public. 2. Conduct and Consent (The "Golden Rules") The Foundation of Consent: I agree that all interactions—whether physical, verbal, or social—must be based on informed, enthusiastic, and ongoing mutual consent. Revocability: I understand that "No" or the use of a pre-negotiated Safeword/Safesign (e.g., "Red") means all action must stop immediately without question or negotiation. Privacy and NDAs: I agree to maintain the absolute confidentiality of all members. I will not take photos or videos, nor will I disclose the identity or "scene" details of any member outside of club events. Prohibited Behavior: Harassment, bullying, non-consensual touching, or any form of bigotry (including discrimination based on race, gender, or orientation) will result in immediate removal. One Strike and your out. 3. Membership Terms and Fees Fees and Dues: I agree to pay the required initiation fees and monthly/annual dues as set by the Board. I understand that all fees are non-refundable, even if my membership is terminated. Right to Terminate: SinSocials reserves the absolute right to terminate or suspend my membership at any time, with or without cause, specifically for any violation of the Consent or Conduct policies. Guest Policy: I understand that guests are not permitted anyone I want to come with me must go through the vetting process and that they must also sign all required waivers and agreements. Adherence to Rules: I agree to abide by all further rules, bylaws, and safety protocols established by SinSocials leadership.*

Membership Screening & Background Checks "To ensure the safety and integrity of our community, Sinsocials reserves the right to verify the information provided by all applicants. Members who are new to the community or who cannot provide satisfactory, verifiable references may be required to undergo a third-party background check. Cost: The applicant is responsible for the cost of this screening, which must be paid directly to the designated third-party vendor. Conditional Access: Approval of membership is contingent upon a satisfactory background report and may still be subject to a probationary period. Right to Refuse: SinSocials reserves the right to deny access to the community based on the results of this background check, at our sole discretion.*
